Start Playing Padel in Bali
New to padel? Hereβs how to get started depending on your situation!
If You Are Alone
1. No Racket Sports Background (Tennis, Squash, Badminton)
We recommend visiting a nearby club and checking if they organize beginner lessons. You can usually join either group lessons or private 1-to-1 lessons.
2. Already Experienced in Tennis, Squash or Badminton?
Itβs better to book a 1-to-1 coaching session to quickly adapt your technique.
If You Are in a Group
You can simply rent a court nearby.
- Rental rackets available at most clubs.
- New balls usually cost between Rp100k and Rp150k.
- Rent for 60 or 90 minutes.
Should You Buy a Racket?
Not immediately!
We recommend renting first. Club rackets are high quality and easier to handle for beginners.
If you enjoy padel (you likely will!), then you can invest in your own racket.
Most clubs sell rackets β ask for a trial during your lesson. Test 2β3 models and choose the one that feels best!
